It starts with a full, collaborative drilldown on a client’s entire business, from who that business’s founder is to its corporate culture, to who its major competitors and target consumers are. In other words, we want to know everything, and we want our clients to know it too, which is why we often find our clients know more about their businesses after working with us than they ever knew before.

This research, then, becomes a full identity under Bubblefish’s leadership, taking into account hard data about a client’s target market and customer.
